The blocker you won't bypass at 1 am.

Nothing bypasses it. Not even you.

The mechanism

One asymmetric rule runs the whole product.

Right now
Add a site. Raise the delay. Switch to a stricter mode.
After your delay
Disable. Remove a site. Shorten the delay.
24 hours or 7 days. You set it once on install.
Honesty

What about…

What if I drag it to Trash?
The system extension keeps running. Blocking continues. The app icon disappears, but the filter is still active until you go through the official uninstall.
What if I restart my Mac?
It comes back armed. The extension auto-loads on boot. A launch helper restarts the app within seconds of any quit.
What if I disable it in System Settings?
A watchdog catches the toggle within two seconds and turns blocking back on. Each time.
How do I actually uninstall?
Foundation → Uninstall. 24 hours later, the system extension shuts down, the launch helper is removed, and local state is wiped. You can drag the app to Trash from there.
What's the honest limit?
Recovery Mode + admin password + technical knowledge can take down any app, including this one. We don't pretend otherwise. The point is that the path to bypass is slow enough for the impulse to pass.
